Ender 3 PRO (only) PS3-EyeCam-Mount

prusaprinters

As I recently bought a PS3-EyeCam to use with Raspberry Pi 3 and Octoprint/Octolapse I was searching for stable camera mount. I was not able to find what was in my imagination, so I created this camera holder that mounts to the front (y-axis) of the printer frame. I designed all parts to fit together without any screws or other mounting material with the included printable cotter pins (Splint). All of those parts are already printed and tested and they all work fine - with a little sanding and/or cutting of the supports (where needed). All parts are designed to fit together. If you want to mount the camera to be mounted evenly in front of the bed, just print the base (basis) and the holder (Halterung) that you want. For elevating the camera just print the elevation (Erhöhung) small (klein), middle (mittel) or large (groß). The picture shows the base, middle elevation and camera holder #4. Also see my "another ender 3 pro (only) PS3-EyeCam-Mount", can be used with all those parts from here except the base. Thing #3818251 As always you're welcome to customize. Please post your make (as I'm interested in more ideas) and like it - only if you like it. I used the experimental tree support for easy removal and it can be printed with or without brim (8 to 10 lines), the cotter pins won't print correctly without a brim, those are printed best with 0.12 layer hight, speed down to 20mm/sec (all settings) and for not getting a part cooling problem you should print at least 4 of them at once How I Designed This TinkerCAD Another TinkerCAD creation... ;)
