Ender-3(pro) - Microsoft LifeCam Mount & Bracket
thingiverse
I had a spare Microsoft LifeCam just collecting dust and thought, why not mount it to my Ender 3 Pro? However, I couldn't find any mounts or brackets that caught my eye. I also had a metal gooseneck tube lying around and wanted to incorporate it into the design somehow. So, I decided to design my own bracket from scratch and borrowed some inspiration from SimonFront's camera mount design. Both the arm and balljoint cup holes should fit an 8mm gooseneck tube perfectly, and I designed it so that you can cut the tread as you screw it into place. I used a 3mm bolt and nut on the cup to secure the ball joint tightly. This is my first test print made with subpar PLA, so the ball joint snapped when I removed the supports due to layer lines. The tiny screw at the bottom of the cup keeps my gooseneck tube in place since it doesn't have a male connector on both ends.
