Ender 3 Pro Meanwell PSU Cover for Noctua 60mm fan

I decided to replace the Ender 3 Pro PSU fan with a quieter one because it made too much noise. The thinner design of the Ender 3 Pro PSU compared to the Ender 3 PSU meant that the Noctua fan couldn't effectively extract all the hot air due to its proximity to the PSU board, so I designed a new cover with increased ventilation and more space for airflow. I also added a grill to cover the ventilation holes to prevent dust from entering, although it may not be necessary.
