The Meanwell LRS-250-24 power supply's built-in fan on my Ender 3 Pro is extremely loud and operates sporadically. To upgrade, I'm installing a standard 92mm PC case fan using an adapter. The necessary screws are the four self-tapping ones that come with the new fan and the two already existing in the power supply. Since the connector won't match unless it's identical to the two-pin one on the power supply, it needs to be swapped out for a compatible replacement. I replaced my Arctic F9 fan, but now I can't even tell when it's running or not!
