Ender 3 Pro Left Side LCD and Raspberry Pi Case

I wanted to mount my raspberry pi under the LCD but I also wanted to move it to the left side of the printer. I redid about 75% of the original design. I printed the version for the pi 2 with the other ports covered for a cleaner look. I designed this to only need a few custom supports shown in the photos, but printing with supports from build plate will work fine too. The fan versions use a 30mm fan. I included a pi 4 version but I don't have one to test it with, so print at your own risk. Please do let me know if you have fitment issue and i'll see if i can fix them. The only issues I had with the print were the vents and the LCD support being too thin. I made the LCD support 3mm instead of 2mm. The print head would leave a small blob on the leading edge that would build up over time causing it to stick up much higher and get hit by the nozzle on every pass. Depending on the direction your print head is moving and your retraction settings this might be less of an issue. Instructions: 1. Install the fan first 2. To install the pi angle the usb and ethernet ports in, just past the front, then push down on the long side opposite the power and HDMI, then push down the side that had the power and USB and it should snap into place 3. Attach your pi cam cable and fan power if you have them 4. Undo the screws on the front of the main control board and the two attaching it to the 4040 extrusion behind it, there is one on top and on underneath. 5. Re-route your LCD ribbon cable over or under the main controller towards the left side. (see photo) 6. Slide on the case on the 4040 rails, route LCD and pi cam cables. 7. Drill the holes for the LCD screen, I used a 7/64 bit as they were too tight right off the printer. 8. Attach the screen and knob. 9. Attach the LCD ribbon cable, remember it goes into port 3, the far right if you are looking at the underside of the LCD. 10. Attach the LCD support to the case.
