Ender 3 Pro LCD Enclosure Raspberry Pi4 with camera cable
thingiverse

Build

This is a unique LCD Enclosure designed specifically for my Ender 3 Pro, incorporating a Raspberry Pi4 and accommodating the ribbon cable for my Pi camera.

The design re-uses the front mount socket head screws but requires (2) M3 bolts and (2) M3 hex nuts. I used M3x12 bolts, but any length greater than x10 would work.

Supports & bridge

To print this model - you don't need supports at all. I carefully designed it to print flat on the outsides and avoid using supports for a cleaner, assembled look. Mechanical fasteners (nuts and bolts) are necessary for assembly, but they're on the inside and won't detract from the overall appearance of the Ender 3 Pro.

Since there are no supports, adjust your bridging settings to slow down. The critical area is the opening on the back for the USB and Ethernet port opening, otherwise you might get stringing.

Design
This is an original design incorporating the following sources: https://github.com/Creality3DPrinting/Ender-3 https://grabcad.com/library/creality-ender-3-pro-1
This model was designed for the Ender 3 Pro, but it should also work with the Ender 3 base model, which uses the same LCD support bracket. I'm satisfied with my variant and have included the final STP file for anyone who wants to remix this.
