Ender 3 Pro LCD Case with Fan Mount for Raspberry Pi 3 & 4

I love eoyilmaz's [LCD case](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4586351), but I wanted the fan blowing directly on the board from above (instead of across it from the foot of the board). I saw ptsiampas did a [nice remix](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4611032) with a little shelf for the fan, but unfortunately never finished it. So I took eoyilmaz's generously provided step files and remixed them to fit ptsiampas's fan shelf. (I didn't modify that so you'll have to get it from his Thing). The hole cutout profiles are straight from eoyilmaz's files, all I did was shift them down. I've printed and tested both versions with a Pi 3 B, a Pi 3 B+, and a Pi 4 and can confirm that all three fit perfectly. It takes a little wiggling to get all the ports to pop in, but once they do they're nice and snug.
