After more than half a year of intensive use of the Bondtech BMG clone extruder, I noticed major defects on the surface of the prints. As I discovered, the non-original mechanical parts were completely worn out. In the video you can see in comparison the non-original gears and needle bearings in what condition they are. The original replacement parts from Bondech look significantly better quality. Finally, it can also be seen in the improvement in print quality. I used the original E3D v6 hotend and the original E3D nozzle 0.4 mm. To cool the hotend a 12v Noctua 40x40 silent fan is used and to cool the nozzles two 12v Sunon MagLev blower fans are used. The extruder motor is a Motech 0.9° stepper motor in the E3D edition. The control board is SKR mini with TMC2209.
