Ender 3/Pro Hotend Chain Mount for Extruder Chain

Not the prettiest, but I found that the hotend chain mount from littlefiver (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3802593) was too low for the extruder chain mount from Zerosiv (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4776614). This hotend chain mount uses the design from littlefiver, but makes it a few centimeters higher to the chain coming from the extruder isn't at some downward angle. The design requires a single M3 x 12 mm bolt (or longer).
