Human: 13/12/2020: v3 added. The noise from the case fan in the previous version was caused by turbulence because the fan was too close to the case wall. More space has been created for washers to be added, making space between the fan and the case wall. 13/07/2020: New v2 version added. A chamfer has been added to both USB and mSD holes so that it would be easier to insert and remove the mSD card. I found it really troublesome to access the controller board with the stock enclosure, which is why I decided to design my own. This design features a removable top cover that allows for easy access from the top. Sliding the print bed back gives enough room to work on the controller board. The stock case cooling fan has been re-positioned to the right side. Two M3 12mm and two M3 18mm screws are needed to secure the fan. The LCD ribbon cable passes through an opening on the grill on the right. I have provided two versions of this design, one using M3 screw inserts and the other with 3mm holes that allow M3 screws to carve out the threads when screwed in. This design has only been tested on the Ender 3 Pro but not the Ender 3. Stock Creality Control Board and SKR mini E3 fit perfectly in the case. STEP files are also included, so you can have fun printing it! Hardware Required: 1. M3 4mm Screw (Stock) x 5 pieces 2. M3 18mm Screw x 2 pieces 3. M3 15mm Screw x 2 pieces 4. M3 10mm Screw (Stock) x 5 pieces 5. M3 8mm Threaded Inserts (OD ~4mm) x 4 pieces (Optional) 6. M5 7mm Screw x 2 pieces
