The hotend wire will need to be relocated in order to accomplish this feat, specifically moving it off the top rail and onto the outside of the left frame. To do so, you'll require a total of 18 cable links, 18 link clips, 2 wire clips, one wire holder, and the left chain holder bolts which should be placed over the original case by first loosening the two bolts on the existing setup, then positioning the new holder in place, and finally retightening the bolts.
