I relocated my spool holder from its initial position at the top of the frame to a new spot on the side. Unfortunately, the replacement I found fell short in providing adequate clearance between the spool and the Z-Stepper motor, necessitating an extension with a sturdy arm to ensure safe passage. The arm is robustly constructed with additional bracing to prevent flexing under heavy loads. This modification is specifically designed for use with the standard Creality metal spool holder, which can be securely fastened to the end of the arm using M5 bolts and hex nuts in two sets.
