ender 3 pro filament guide - simple and clean

I appreciated FlintWeiss's design (one screw, stock hardware, etc) but felt that the hook produced a pretty harsh angle on the filament. I used that design too, but it broke after a while (likely due to my fault in printing). I also admired Seba's design, but didn't need the clip as I have some drag chains holding the wires in place. Also, I didn't want to remove both screws to put it in place, as I leave them a little loose to prevent binding on the z screw that the Ender 3 pro is prone to. With the one screw design, I could tighten the screw on the left that holds the guide on, and leave the right screw slightly loose. The main drawback of this print is the required supports.
