This is a custom version of the original fan shroud on the Ender 3 and Ender 3 Pro designed to accommodate 40x40x20mm fans. The stock fan on the Ender 3 Pro had a short lifespan, prompting a search for a quieter and more powerful replacement that runs on 24 volts like the stock fan. Most 40x40x10mm fans available in 24 volts are extremely loud or fail to provide sufficient airflow. However, 40x40x20mm fans come with improved airflow and reduced noise levels (such as the Sunon EB40202S2-999) and feature larger bearings that can better handle harsh vibration environments on hotends. Key benefits of this fan shroud design include: * Accommodating 40x40x20mm fans for lower noise levels * Maintaining a design similar to the original to prevent unpredictable behavior * Reusing stock mounting hardware, except for the required fan screws * Reduced weight compared to the original sheet metal part (although this may be offset by using a larger fan) * Easy printing with minimal supports
