Ender 3 Pro Fan Shroud for 4020 Fan w/ BL Touch Mount

This is a fan shroud for Ender 3 Pro that fits 40x20mm cooling fans like Sunon or Noctua, and it's fully compatible with the stock mounting screws, fan, and duct. I printed this out of PLA without any issues with warping or melting. To ensure a seamless fit, I designed the shroud so that the four posts go inside the screw holes on the front side. To avoid breaking the posts when tightening the screws, use M3 screws as short as possible and don't overtighten them – one screw and two posts will hold the fan securely. I created this design to retain the factory look of my Ender 3 while using a higher quality fan. I've included F3D files, IGES, and STEP files alongside the STL for easy printing. This shroud is designed specifically for standard Ender 3 printers and should work seamlessly with them. Update: March 2, 2019 I reworked the model to make it more practical. Instead of using delicate posts, I added a standard coarse thread fan mounting screw that holds the fan in place securely. Additionally, I included a wing for mounting a BL Touch or any other bed leveling sensor. The openings were refined and some areas thickened for better stability.
