Ender 3 Pro Extruder Locking Filament Feed Knob

I had grown fed up with knobs consistently wearing down and failing to effectively guide filament, rendering them mere decorations and indicators of the extruder's feeding status, so I created this extruder feed knob to interface seamlessly with a spare extruder gear. The design ensures that it securely locks onto the extruder drive gear rod using set screws, making it universally applicable since everyone has spare extruder gears on hand. This custom knob was printed in PLA at a .16 layer height for optimal precision and durability. To further reinforce its structure, I applied a few drops of super glue to the interior of the grooved hole before inserting the extruder gear. After a brief press, the knob became a solid, rock-like attachment that will never wear out or fail to perform its intended function.
