Ender 3 Pro Extruder Knob (Car Shifter, extruder without flat)

S2000 shifter knob inspired filament extruder knob for ender 3 pro. Might work for others with 5mm extruder shaft. My ender 3 pro (bought in Aug 2021) did not have a flat on the filament extruder motor shaft so most of the designs didn't not work off the shelf here on thingiverse. It is loosely based off the AP1 Honda S2000 shifter. It is not terribly ideal for an extruder knob since it is smooth but it works fine. The markings (gear numbers) are a bit exaggerated so they print legibly. I've printed in PLA and it fits okay at 100%. (Shaft diameter is 5mm, drawing is at 5.1mm) Friction fits holds better when printed at 99.7% for me but of course it depends on filament and printer. A little hot water soak before putting it on the shaft also helps.
