V2 UPDATE Enhanced the walls and base for added durability. Shifted the fan inward, positioning it directly above stepper drivers for improved airflow. Upgraded the fan mounting posts for a more secure fit. A custom-built electronics case designed specifically for the Ender 3 Pro, featuring space to mount a larger, quieter 60x10 mm fan. This project utilized the 12V 60mm fan from the Meanwell PSU and replaced it with a 120mm silent fan. Additionally, a DC-DC buck converter was implemented to deliver approximately 6V to the 60mm fan, resulting in complete silence, aside from the hotend fan (also featuring an upgraded mainboard with TMC). As you are likely aware, the 40mm fan on the electronics case located below is extremely loud. To address this issue, a larger 60mm fan was installed, yielding a remarkable improvement. Stock screws were used throughout. All files remain attached for your convenience, allowing you to modify them according to your preferences.
