V2 UPDATE

Made the walls and base thicker.

Moved the fan inward, now directly above stepper drivers.

Improved the fan mounting posts.

A custom electronics case for the Ender 3 Pro with place to mount a larger, quieter 60x10 mm fan.

I used the 12V 60mm fan from the Meanwell PSU and replaced that with a 120mm silent fan. I also used a DC-DC buck converter to deliver about 6V to thte 60mm fan and the machine is now completely silent, save for the hotend fan (I alse have an upgraded mainboard with TMC).

As you probably know the 40mm fan on the electronics case down below is very loud, so I had the idea to replace it with a larger 60mm fan, and the improvement is wonderful. Stock screws used.

I leave all files attached so you can modify them to your liking.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Creality

Printer:

Ender 3 Pro

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.2

Infill:

100

Filament: Any PETG

Notes:

You may encounter stringing issues with the vertical holes, but removing the strings is easy.
