Ender 3 Pro dual axis kit
thingiverse
This is a dual Z axis kit for the Ender 3 Pro. All the models have been modified by me to fit my purpose. This should work for any Ender 3 Pro, as long as you use the hardware that I used. All the parts were remixed from other models found on thingaverse. You could probably get away with PLA on this, but I used PETG. The stepper motor bracket in particular cracked on me when printed in PLA. There are two bearing blocks, one has a larger opening on the bottom to accommodate the locking collar. The motor bracket will have to have supports, I printed it it with the top down on the bed and used tree supports. You will need two of the PSU bracket as well, MAKE SURE YOU MIRROR ONE OF THEM BEFORE PRINTING!!! Have fun, post a make if you build this! Any questions let me know! This kit will require: 4x M5x10 bolts 4x M5x12 bolts 2x M5x40 bolts 1x M4x50 10x T nuts for 20mm extruded rail 1x 5/16 or 8mm locking collar 2x 608 ball bearing 618 MM belt 2x pulleys of your choice. 2x 400mm Z rods 2x anti backlash nut, rectangular type not round like the standard ender nut.
