This control box relocates the Control Board outside from underneath the Ender 3 or Ender 3 Pro. I engineered this specifically because every time I wanted to work on the controller, I had to either tilt the machine or set it on a table and crawl under. This Model utilizes original mounting screws for the Creality Control board and can accommodate an MKS GenL V1.0 or the SKR 1.3. It provides cooling via a 120mm fan blowing into the box, secured with M3 screws and nuts. The screen mounts with the screws that you remove as well. A bit of elbow grease is needed to cut threads in the holes. It significantly increases the cooling for the board and will work with the current cable lengths of the printer. For the fan, a buck converter was required to step down the 24-volt power supply to 12 volts. The fan is wired directly to the hotend cooling fan block on the mainboard so it's always on and not slaved to the part cooling fan. I recommend printing a 120mm fan cover for the top of the fan. A slightly taller version is now available.
