Ender 3 Pro: Clip-On Tool Holder for Top Gantry
thingiverse
Tool holder for Ender 3 Pro! Design is specifically tailored to the toolset that comes with this printer, leaving a little extra space in a second compartment for smaller tools or parts. A dedicated space on the overhang arm holds an allen key set, spatula, and clippers. Store wrenches in their designated box. This design draws inspiration from a similar tool holder by @qtr151, but takes a different approach with a sliding clip-on mechanism instead of relying solely on primary gantry screws for stability. To install, simply remove the endcap from the right side of the top gantry and slide the holder into place. A snug fit is expected. However, it's crucial to avoid bending the clips around the gantry bar, as they may break under excessive force. For optimal results, print this design with supports and a raft in place. I used 0.2mm air gap and a 6mm raft during my test prints. Filament type: PLA 1.75 Resolution: 0.15mm Infill density: 20% Nozzle temperature: 210°C Print bed temperature: 60°C Printing speed: 40mm/s Estimated print time: approximately 16 hours at the current speed.
