Ender 3 (Pro) Chimera+ Dual Hotend Mount

I crafted this mount specifically to pair with an E3D Chimera+ dual hotend on my trusty Ender 3 Pro.\r\n\r\nBoth components can print without support - simply orient them according to the Cura screenshot provided. I recommend using very high infill (I opted for 85%) and PETG or ABS, as certain areas will reach temperatures that could cause PLA to warp. The thin diagonal supports on the fan arms serve primarily as printing aids; it's perfectly fine if they break off during assembly.\r\n\r\nFirst, secure the Chimera+ to the mount using four or five 3m x 10mm screws. You can leave out the rear top screw as it doesn't add significant rigidity, and depending on your screws' size, it may interfere with attaching to the X-gantry.\r\n\r\nNext, attach to the X-gantry using two 3m x 10mm and two 3m x 5mm screws. The leftmost one will require a long, thin screwdriver to access between the hotend and the BLTouch mount.\r\n\r\nMoving on, secure the fans with M2.3 or M2.6 self-tapping screws. Attach them to the main mount first, then attach the vent assembly to the bottom. The two sides of the vent assembly are linked by crossbars to enhance rigidity and ensure the fans are perpendicular to the gantry.\r\n\r\nLastly, attach the BLTouch (if you're using one) to the side of the main mount using M3 x 10mm screws and nuts.\r\n\r\nThe additional parts I designed to integrate a second extruder motor into my Ender 3 Pro will be available as a separate Thing in the near future.
