Update: June 14, 2019 * Lid SKR side reported to fit perfectly. * The y-axis on the Ender 3 Pro is 15mm longer than on the regular Ender 3. Adjusted the Raspi lids to fit accordingly. * Added a cutout to the Raspi lids to compensate for a screw that holds the stepper mount in place. * Decreased the cutout on the SKR side for cables as there was too much space. Specific LOW version changes: * Added an LCD ribbon feedtrough on the SKR case. * Decreased the cutout for power cables on the Raspi case. * Moved the cutout for the PiCam from the bottom of the case to the lid, as in the low version the frame is behind the cutout. * Extruded holes in the standoffs for the Raspi to the bottom (where they were too shallow). Update: June 13, 2019 Cases reported to fit nicely on Ender 3 Pro. Unconfirmed whether the lids fit as well. New Version: June 12, 2019 Received pictures of the back side of the y-axis frame and realized the stepper motor mount is not mounted to the side of the frame like with the Ender 3. It's mounted to the back of the frame instead. Also, the limit switch seems further back on the Ender 3 Pro. Adjusted the files to accommodate for this. Again: Correctness needs verification in real life. Proceed at your own risk. * Added a cutout in the SKR Case to lead the y-stepper cable through. * Added a cutout in the SKR Case for the stepper motor mount. * Adjusted the RasPi Lids (both with and without limit switch) and the SKR Lid to accommodate for the stepper motor mount. (So only the Raspi Case is untouched in this update) Version: June 11, 2019 A back mounted Control Case for your SKR 1.1 or 1.3 board with Raspberry Pi and LM2596 buck convertor on your Ender 3 PRO. Note that this was requested by someone else and has yet to be tested with an Ender 3 PRO. There are two versions: * High version, which requires damper feet to lift the Ender 3 Pro and has a slot for a 40x40x10 fan. Pick the files without "Low" in the filename. (STL included for the feet: print four of them in TPU for best handling of vibrations) * Low version, which does not require feet to lift the Ender 3 Pro. There is no slot for a fan however. Use at your own risk as my advice is to always use active cooling. Pick the files with "Low" in the filename. Other versions: * Ender 3: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3558321 * Ender 3 with MKS Gen L (high version): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3508238 * Ender 3 with MKS Gen L (low version): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3502425 The box integrates with a cable chain connection for the heated bed. It replaces the cableChain_40MountSide from the cable chain at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2920060. You can now connect the cable chain directly to the control box. The left control box also holds an opening in the back to feed through a cable to the PiCam. Please note 1: * There are two versions for the RasPi cover depending on whether or not you use the y-axis limit switch (possible to do sensorless homing with TMC2130's) Please note 2: * Some Ender-3's have the connection for the stepper motor cable on the bottom, in that case you will have to unscrew the stepper motor and turn it so the connection is at the back and doesn't get in the way of the cover. Please note 3: * All screw holes require a brass insert for easy screwing. RasPi standoffs are M2, all other standoffs are M3.
