Human: SUMMARY I've remixed the original case design to support additional accessory hardware mounts, add compatibility with stock layout boards such as the Creality boards and SKR Mini E3, and include support for the new Raspberry Pi 4. I've also fixed several issues reported by myself and others regarding the original design, including improving fan mounting to accommodate a wider range of fans. CONSIDERATIONS - The Raspberry Pi 4 version and the stock version are untested and require verification before printing. - Requires printer to be raised with damping feet; highly recommend using squash ball feet for optimal quiet operation. - Ender 3 Pro only - This case is designed specifically for the Ender 3 Pro, but modifications can be made to fit a standard Ender 3. ACCESSORY MOUNTING - Supports 3x LM2596 buck converters (4x with the stock board version) - Includes 1x KY-019 relay FIXES APPLIED - Moved Raspberry Pi mounting holes back by 1mm for improved fitment - Removed large bridged gap from design to improve overall structure - Tweaked mounting hole placement for buck converters for better alignment - Modified fan mount to an 'open' design, accommodating a wider range of fans PRINTING I printed this case with 60-degree supports at 80mm/s using AMZ3D Black PLA on my Ender 3 Pro. ADDITIONAL HARDWARE REQUIRED - M2 and M3 Brass hot-press inserts - 40mm Fan (recommend Noctua for silent operation) - 4x M3 12mm cap head bolts for mounting fan - M3 bolts to mount mainboard and accessory hardware - M2 bolts to mount Raspberry Pi - 4x M5 6-10mm bolts for securing the case to the frame FEEDBACK Please leave a comment if anything doesn't work as expected; it may be due to tolerance differences between manufacturers.
