Ender-3 Pro "Bora" Extruder Mount

I wanted a very simple and easy to print extruder setup for my Ender-3 Pro, which would also work perfectly on the Ender-3. Benefits: * Much lighter than the original setup * More effective extruder cooling * Prevents the extruder cooling air from reaching the heater block * Uses a larger fan with higher airflow to cool down printed parts more effectively * Quick printing times are achieved with this design, such as at 0.16mm layer height, 40mm/s print speed and 23mm/s outer layer speed: + Bora Mount: 2h 15min + Bora Blower Duct: 44min + Bora Fan Funnel: 26min + Mistral-E Bora: 26min You will need: * Cooling Fan 5015 DC 24 V * 4 x M3x16 screws (for the extruder cooling fan) * 2 x M3x20 screws (for the fan duct) * 1 x small zip tie Assembly: * The cable on the extruder cooler fan must be extended. * Use existing screws (2) from the stock setup to attach the mount. Periodically check for looseness and re-tighten the screws if necessary. * A sharp knife is used to cut out holes on the base of the mount. * Check out the picture gallery for more details. Important Notes * Use a 0.4mm nozzle diameter. * Make sure your printer is well calibrated. * Support is not needed for the parts. * All parts are printed with a shell thickness of 0.8mm! * Recommended layer height is 0.16mm.
