ENDER 3 PRO Belt Tensioner

Also see the Ender 3 Pro X Belt Tensioner at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3319649. This thing was updated on January 30th, 2019, to resolve a collision issue between the upper portion and bed guide wheels. I highly appreciate MakeChetti's design! The main fixture body was modified, lengthened, and two stakes were added for the 40/40 rail underneath the Ender 3 Pro bed. The slide is now 1.25mm longer and slightly narrower to accommodate the bearing that came with my Ender 3 Pro. The adjustment nut was also redesigned with a 24mm / 2mm pitch and 0.2mm clearance, as it was initially too tight on my print. This revised nut will work seamlessly with the original one, which is a bit larger in diameter and features only 12 dimples. STL files and STEP files are included for users who need to make modifications; the threads should be compatible even with the added clearance, but feel free to adjust the X- and Y-axis on your slicer if necessary. Note that I used a 25mm x 4mm screw for the bearing, paired with the stock nylock nut. However, using MakeChetti's original "bearing_bushing.stl" file will allow you to utilize the stock, longer bolt instead. Good luck with your print!
