This project is rapidly taking shape. I have just finished printing all the pieces and will soon start assembling them and taking photos. The design has evolved significantly over time, leading to a wide range of options. Development notes: The case is densely packed with wiring and circuit boards, so I had to place the fans on the outside instead of mounting them inside or at the bottom of the covers. Two 30mm fans running at 24v are surprisingly loud, which may prompt me to redesign the cover for a single larger fan. Getting the 30mm fan cover into position is extremely challenging because I mistakenly placed it in the path of the Y stepper. I would not recommend using this design as it is. 4/25/20 - A Raspberry Pi case with enhanced cutouts and bug fixes was added, along with 40mm fan opening covers: solid, 10A relay, and buck converter. Additionally, a fan cover was remixed to serve as a vent if the fan is not used. Mirrored versions of the right side 30 & 40mm fan covers were created to work on the left side. A "modular" left side case (no fan, but with mounts for either relay or buck converter) and a no-fan, no-mount version of the left side case were also added. 4/24/20 - The right side was given 40mm fan cutouts. 4/15/20 - All four pieces have successfully printed. 4/13/20 - The Right case with logo was successfully printed. 4/13/20 - The front of the Right Case without logo was smoothed out, and revision 2 was uploaded. 4/12/20 - An error in the logo on the Right Case was discovered during initial printing, so revision 2 was uploaded. 4/12/20 - The Left case with Logo & 30A Relay was successfully printed. 4/12/20 - One of the 10A relays was swapped for a 30A relay on the left case with logo. 4/11/20 - Cases with logos were uploaded, and the front surface was cleaned up. This project is made up of many different parts from numerous people. I sincerely appreciate everyone's work; I basically just cut and pasted it all together. Two 30mm fans from a previous Raspberry Pi case are being used, so they have been added to the cover over the mainboard. It was not possible to fit both a relay and a buck converter in the original left side bin while still having access to HDMI and micro USB ports.
