I was fed up with the din from the hotend fan on my Ender 3 Pro. This project combines two separate parts, mashed together with some editing to fill in gaps. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3431534 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3353695 The fan is a 12v device so I've connected a buck converter to lower the voltage. I might reduce it further because it seems to be pushing more air than can escape, and I can feel air being blown out of the front of the fan. I took some before-and-after temperature readings inside the hot end and it's running about 1.5C cooler with the new fan. UPDATE The original mounting holes were slightly off so I've moved them.
