Ender-3 Pro 604 bearing filament guide, tweaked for gray aluminum extruder

This is a remix of [tom666's simplified remix](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4597728) of [sebastiandmeier's 604 bearing remix](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3434624) of [Holspeed's classic Ender-3 filament guide](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3052488). :) I really liked tom666's design, but it didn't quite line up with Creality's newest [gray aluminum extruder](https://www.creality3dofficial.com/products/creality-mk8-extruder-1), so I edited it a bit in Meshmixer. Specifically: * Moved the bearing 3mm to the left for a straight run from the bearing to the entry hole of the extruder arm. This helps keep the filament from rubbing against the Z lead screw and making a mess of the lead screw's lubricant. * Raised the bearing 1.5mm because it was a bit too low for my printer with the stock top-mounted spool holder. I left the bottom of the hole on the filament guide in its original location, so the filament is no longer at risk of rubbing against the guide.
