Saw a 7 Wonders insert and I found it's looks awesome. But I have an Ender-3 with 235x235x250 print volume only, and simple it's not fit. Decided to remix it to make printable in my tool (and of course all other printers with similar table size). But be careful, it's not for beginners, have some trick. ## The Frame I split it into 4 part. Print all of them and glue them simple together. Used super glue, probably hot gun working well too (if you fast enough). First glue part 1-2 and 3-4 into each other, after glue the "square" joints only. ### Print advices Save some filament, care with environment and your pocket! I printed the full frame from 400 gramm only and under 48 hours. - Don't use bigger nozzle than 0.4 because the walls around joint point are very thin - I used 0.24 layer height, probably 0.28 working too - ~8% infill should enough, maybe less. But increase the flow for infill to 110% at minimum to make it stronger than usual - Practically you don't need to bottom layers, never see it from bottom. I added decrease the bottom layer amount to 2 layer only, and increased the flow to 120%. Maybe 1 layer enough here, or don't need at all? - Be careful, maybe it's not stick to the table too well. Parts have small surface somewhere, especial part3 and part4, but it's relative tall. I used brim instead skirt just be sure it's not coming up in the corners - It's support free, used 60mm/s but maybe faster still work ## Box 1 and 2 It was in the original plan, I added them into this too without change anything. But it's not fit into Ender 3... :/ Except if you print in the edge, and rotate with 45 degree. Sooo... :) Did a screenshot from Cura how I did. In this way there will be huge bridges in the top, so I suggest use support. Generic support is ugly, slow and waste of filament, so I used tree support instead. And use brim here too instead skirt (forgot this when did the screenshot). ## Box 3 Box 3 are optional, wasn't in the original insert. But I fell it's not ready with a hole in the middle, so... :) Not too much trick with this, just print as usual Happy printing and board gaming :)
