Ender 3 Power supply fan silencer Mod
thingiverse
I'm thinking of modifying some internal fins in Tinkercad because I don't want to obstruct the air path directly over the fan, so I might take a Dremel to the case to remove the original cover. Also, some mods are essentially using the original for better sound deadening. I printed it with 3 top/btm/wall but zero infill, which means you can stop the print before or peel off the top layer, and I filled the void with some old sugar (2 years past use by, still works like a charm) to add mass to the body. Also included is a file to make a little TPU gasket, which will probably make no difference as it's screwed to the fan, but hey, mass and isolation are the key right? Thanks to the original designer and the remixer.
