Ender 3 Pi Cam Boom Remix with LED-Mount
thingiverse
I really love j0mb13's Pi Cam Boom but wanted a different mounting for the camera because I had no M2 bolt and the hinge without bolt is too slippery. Additionally, I wanted to mount a LED module under the cam with FedorSosnin's Adjustable 2020 USB LED Mount. I took parts from Fedor's design and j0mb13's case front and remixed them in Fusion 360. For the assembly you need: - mainly the parts from j0mb13's Pi Cam Boom (thing:3417079) - USB_LED_mount.stl from Fedor (thing:3179203) - my case front and my connector - two M3 bolts - one or two M3 nuts One M3x20mm bolt and one nut is needed to mount the case front on my connector. The connector and the LED mount can be mounted on the boom arm with one M3x16mm bolt (I designed the hole in the connector tight so the bolt screws into the plastic) without a nut or with one M3x20 and one nut. Edit: As requested in the comments, I added my remixed boom clip with a cable chain connector from johnniewhiskey cable chain (thing:2920060). That was a really rough remix job a while ago. Not really a beauty. But it does its job. Lay flat on the build plate (rotate 180°). Edit2: I realized that the space between cam case and my connector may be too small for the cam cable. Therefore, I added 2mm space (case V2). But be warned: I did not print V2 till now.
