Ender 3 PCB Cover w/ BTT TFT35 Compatibility

Upgraded to a BTT TFT35 and the SD and USB ports were covered. Also the bracket did not sit right and caused the display to flicker on and off; on the speaker corner and the control knob pcb offset piece. My first attempt with FreeCAD. Added the SD and USB ports. Moved the port for the ribbon cable back so that my drawers could fit. Made some modifications to the base plate so it would not make any contact with the speaker. All other pieces (the drawers) should fit from the original.
