ender 3 part cooling fan

this is a remix of the original part cooling fan but with a more aggressive angle so that its pointing at the print and not so much the hot end, this will work with any ender 3/pro/v2. this is a really low effort cad model, use the instructions from the original model in order the properly print this model V4: turns out that the other versions were in-fact too big for the ender unless you had a really long nozzle, so I made a new one that is shorter and has a smaller angle
