I want to install a brush on the right of my X gantry for Marlin's G12 nozzle cleaning feature. But the display is in the way! Also, having a bit of an offset display would make operation inside my Lack enclosure easier …So I designed this mount, which rotates the display -30° around the Z axis and 15° around the X axis. This way, it's easier to read from the left side (my workbench :) and more clear to read when sitting down.Carefully thread the 4,2 mm holes for the display (the lower left mounting hole landed very close to the “screw installation hole” - make sure you don't break through!). Use two additional M5x10 hex head screws to install the mount on the 4040 extrusion (existing threads). Then use the original screws to fix the display to the mount via the newly threaded holes.I include a STEP file in the downloads if you want to make your own modification. I can also provide a Solid Edge PAR file, but Printables doesn't accept this - so send me a message!If you like it, post a make!
