This Raspberry Pi 3B case has clearance for the GeekPi Heatsink fan kit. I didn't have M2 Bolts so I used M3 ones for this. The M3 Nuts will thread through the Pi and the bottom part. The side holes are for the M3 T nuts or (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4568590) to be place on the V-slots of the Ender 3. This is meant for an Octopi.
