Ender 3 Nozzle cleaning brush mount
thingiverse
I spotted a brush mount on Thingiverse, but I wanted to locate it elsewhere and at a different height. My initial script for the wipe sequence was: G28; home all axes G92 E0; reset extrusion distance G0 Z3 F5000; prepare for prime and clean G1 E19 F600; prime nozzle G0 X60 F6000; wipe nozzle G0 Y30 F6000; clear obstruction to start print <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/GRh7NLAXtiU?ecver=1" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe> This design utilizes a low-cost nylon brush readily available at most hardware stores. Simply remove the handle and smooth out the back to achieve a square fit within the mount. For added assurance, you may also apply a drop of hot glue to prevent the brush from being pushed out.
