Ender 3 Neo Tool Holder (Rack) with Screw & T-nut Retention

* Includes places for all included tools and nothing more. * Every tool fits properly, including the MicroSD USB reader. * Rear screw hole for M4x8mm screw with 2020 M4 T-nut to lock tool holder in place. I tried many variations of these tool holders and they all had issues. One of the most common issues was the MicroSD USB reader binding part way in and not seating. That's because the tool holders all seemed to use an elliptical shape for it. It's not elliptical; it's 'elliptical-like.' so I started over and recreated the shape as a "hole" in Tinkercad. Now it drops right in with just a little clearance. Another issue was the scraper not fitting. It's a different scraper than Creality used to supply and I've created a slot that fits this new style of scraper I received with my Ender 3 Neo in Dec. 2022. The smaller wrench has changed, too. I enlarged the slot to accommodate the now-current version of the wrench. Another issue (for me) was the inclusion of holes for tools I didn't have. An empty hole is supposed to signal to me that I've misplaced a tool, not that it might be a space for a tool that I don't own. So I removed all of the extra holes for tools not included with my printer. One person remixed Mattwall's tool holder and removed all clearance, writing *"My design is a really tight fit with a tolerance of less than 0µm (you will need high force to put it on)."* I printed that one. It would have taken my hydraulic press or a hammer to put it on the printer! **People, we aren't animals. We know how to use tools. Our printers aren't held together with friction. If you want to lock something to a 2020 rail, then use a screw and T nut in your design.**
