Ender 3 Neo Series 4020 Fan Upgrade

This is a remix of bibkolot's hotend shroud for the Ender 3 NEO series. The original work they did on the clips was essential to this project, but I prefer a cleaner design and made this to satisfy that. The clips are a bit larger and fit tighter to the frame. I also removed the hex vents as they create some airflow sound. When using two standard PC fan screws in a diagonal arrangement, the faceplate can be fitted over them to create a clean look. I left a small tolerance for the pins so that it fits snugly and can be removed for maintenance. Uses a single standard screw into the back to affix to the frame, but clips should work fine. Mine is installed on the Ender 3 Max NEO, but should work on any of the Creality NEO printers. Designed with Fusion 360.
