Ender 3 Neo 4020 Hotend Cover

This Neo hotend cover works with a 4020 (or 4010) hotend cooling fan, and the stock 4010 blower. I use this with the stock part cooling blower and a Noctua NF-A4x20 with voltage regulator set to 12V. It is MUCH quieter than the stock setup, while still fitting in the same space This remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5610691 (remix search function not working at this time) focuses on lowering noise and increasing performance by removing the grates (which create noise) from the front and sides, and decreases the depth of the overall design so that a 4020 fan will end up just 5mm in front of the hotend heatsink (space needed for the heater cable). I also reinforced some areas a little and enlarged the mount holes at the front to better accommodate the coarse fan mounting screws. Fully compatible with the CR Touch that comes with the stock Neo (and Neo v2).
