Just a Remix of the Tensioners designed specifically for my Cr-10, exactly as requested by TallDonkey on the original Y Axis Tensioner page. Update of June 29, 2019 MAJOR UPDATE! Y Tensioner for Ender 3 Mk7 Version Upgraded guide system and simplified all models Unified screw dimensions across versions Modified minimum belt tensioning position for short belts Increased tolerances compared to previous models Added a New Shaped Knob, more stylish than the previous version. Printing Tips: Body --> Print vertically (better with supports) Screw --> Print horizontally, lying flat Knob --> Print vertically (no supports required) Hardware Requirements: For F688Z Bearings Version (OEM?): 1 Screw M4x20 (Button Head) --> Requires adapter Or - 1 Screw M8x20 (Button Head) 2 Bearings F688Z 2 Screws M4x8 (Button Head) 2 T-Nuts M4 For F624Z Bearings Version: 1 Screw M4x20 (Button Head) 2 Bearings F624Z 2 Screws M4x8 (Button Head) 2 T-Nuts M4 For GT2 Version: 1 GT2 Pulley 20T 1 Screw M3/M4/M5 x20 (according to pulley bearings) 2 Screws M4x12 (Button Head) 2 T-Nuts M4 Fixing System: 2 screws M4x8 2 t-nut M4 Models are designed for the following materials. Note: I didn't print this version personally, but fittings and tolerances match all my models, so I'm sure they fit together correctly! If you can't assemble the pieces after printing, something is wrong! (Sorry guys, but I'm tired of comments from people who can't print and blame the models...) Update of July 22, 2019 Small modification to body model for smooth transition Added GT2 pulley version, screw sits 2 mm lower due to pitch diameter differences. Hope you enjoy it!
