Ender 3 Mini Satsana Fan Duct /w Strain Relief
thingiverse
This is a file/3d model that I made a bit back. I love the mini Satsana Hotend and still use it now as it's super easy to print and it's very lightweight. But I also really liked the Hotend Cable Strain Relief that was made by Peter26dk but it's not compatible with the Satsana. So I simply combined them into one model and it works great! The cables going to my hot end are managed better and the PTFE is perfectly straight into the hot end which reduces the string on the tubing and lowers the friction of the filament when going into the hot end! This does make it a bit harder to print and a bit harder to put on but it's not too bad. The ABL bracket is the exact same as the mini Satsana so if you already have one feel free to reuse it. However, the original backing bracket/brace IS NOT compatible with this, you need to reprint my modified one if you want it. The brace/bracket does make the shroud feel more sturdy however in this model the strain relief also has a backing bracket, so the one from the mini Satsana is certainly not needed but is recommended. PETG is recommended to be used but HTPLA, PLA+, etc. works fine as long as you don't print PETG often or high-temperature filaments.
