Ender 3 Meanwell PSU Mount
thingiverse
This is a replacement PSU mount/cover/bracket for the Ender 3 Pro's MeanWell power supply. # Features * Moves the AC power connector to the back * Has a mounting point for an inexpensive 5V relay board, which can only handle 10A and must switch on the mains-side. * Provides extra room for additional electronics; I added a 5V USB adapter that powers my relay and sends power over to my Raspberry Pi via three wires on the relay board. It's printed in two parts to save filament with few overhangs and provide easy access to the electronics. The two parts are connected via the PSU, the power connector, and an additional bolt for stability. # Additional Hardware * 1x M3 bolt at least 6mm long for holding the two pieces together * 4x M3 bolts that are 4mm long to mount the relay board * Stock mounting bolts/screws for the power connector and power supply # Additional Notes Apparently, different Ender 3 Pro models have varying clearance between the PSU and bottom aluminum extrusion. With the stock PSU cover, there was 16mm of clearance between the bottom of it and the bottom aluminum extrusion. # Remix If you'd like to remix this design, I created it using OnShape. Although I'm relatively new to OnShape, the model should be functional, although it might have a few things that could have been more parametric. https://cad.onshape.com/documents/ad9a8798b97bf5f1e16d44e8/w/9b5bfefa12370359a4300719/e/d01339c257c3ad5cb57913de
