Ender 3 Meanwell 350-24 PSU Stand
thingiverse
This is a Meanwell 350-24 PSU stand for an Ender 3 V2. The power supply was not getting as much air as I think it should tucked away under the printer. This is a stand-alone option and I used some 200'C silicone 16 gauge wire to connect the PSU to the board. I kept the length no longer than I have seen on my Ender 3 Max. If you are moving an Ender 3 V2, then you will notice the plastic switch seems kind of flimsy so I replaced it with a standard SPST switch and changed the mount for this type of switch. Also made a hole for the A/C power cord socket. I made a square hole on each side for placement and power routing options. I have it in an enclosure so I took the left hand side route (see pictures - please excuse the fuzz on the item in the pictures). So you will need for this: (1) a standard 10A or more rated SPST switch (2) A couple of small screws and nuts to mount A/C receptacle (3) A small drill bit to make a hole for the A/C receptacle nuts and bolts (4) A small length of 200'C rated silicone insulation 16 gauge wire (as what is on the PSU now) Do not use lamp cord or 105'C rated wire from Home Depot - the correct wire is very inexpensive and can take the 200'C heat rating of what is on the printers now. If you believe you need to ground the PSU - knock yourself out and run another wire for this ground connection. The Meanwell 350-24 has provisions for sufficient fault handling and isolation without it - I cannot speak for the other PSUs Creality uses.
