This is a remix from the Tensioner by Misterguru. I printed that one but found that the holes didn't match that which was on the 4040 Y Axis on the Ender 3 Max. Only thing i altered is i have moved the 4 holes by 2mm to match the holes in the ender 3 max 4040 Y axis Rail. i used Fusion 360 to alter the original STEP file. this now fits my ender 3 max fine.
