Ender 3 Max Filament Sensor Adapter BMG Extruder
thingiverse
I couldn't find an adapter to make the filament sensor work correctly with a BMG style dual gear extruder on my Ender 3 Max, so I finally modeled it myself. You will need some extra screws to make this work. You can reuse the 4 for the sensor itself, but you'll need 4 M3X12 (I believe) to bolt this adapter down. The filament roller guide is optional. I have my filament on top of the machine rather than on the side like is stock. So I needed something to guide the filament in without grinding. So I remixed the roller on thing #4811491 to make it work with this. If you are using the side mount filament spool holder, you may not need this part. If you don't need this, then the only file you'll need is the e3maxfilsensbmg.stl file. Otherwise, print them all.
With this file you will be able to print Ender 3 Max Filament Sensor Adapter BMG Extruder with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Ender 3 Max Filament Sensor Adapter BMG Extruder.
