Ender 3 Max dual z height sync spacer used to sync the heights of your Dual Z axis can also be used to help set the Z axis rollers made to utilize and clip into the T-slots in the extrusion the file provided is the LH side, copy and mirror for RH side 2 walls, 4 top and bottom, 0.2 layers printed with the Hook3D facing down on the print bed 1. home the printer 2. manually raise the Z axis until the spacers can fit under the extrusion as pictured 3. place spacers in T-slots as shown in pictures and align with the front face of the extrusion. (the spacers can stick out the front of the extrusion it'll rest on but not behind it as it'll hit the roller brackets) 4. disable steppers 5. manually screw down both Z screws until the touch the spacers 6. wind them down until they're finger tight (make sure the top of the spacer is parallel with the extrusion and the both corners of both blocks are touching the extrusion, if the corners aren't touching, manually raise the Z up, re-align the blocks and repeat from step 5 7. check Z guide rollers and adjust eccentric nut wheel as needed 8. raise Z axis up by at least 20mm using the machine (not manually) 9. remove blocks and home the machine 10. level the bed Done
