I am modding my Ender 3 Max to ultra silent. For the hot end i will use 3x 60 mm fans. I want to use this shroud https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5404679 (needed to remix it) and this cooling ducts https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5137512 After printing the cooling system did not fit with my CR Touch for a few millimeters. I took the original one and just flipped it to get the neccessary space
