Ender 3 Massive Rear Enclosure
thingiverse
Here is a remix of an enclosure developed by Michael of Teaching Tech. My offering is an enclosure twice as deep giving lots of room for all those cables and accessory add-ons.Included is a model showing the position for a Raspberry Pi if so desired. There's also a file for 4 feet to raise the printer by 40mm, with holes for t-nut fastenings. Finally, there's a file for mounting LM2596 Buck Converters that can be stuck in convenient positions using super-glue. I use one for a Noctua 40x10 12v case fan, and another Buck to power a similar fan for the hot-end, and nozzle LED lighting. My photos show my original Creality v1.1.4 board, but thats now superceded by a new Creality v4.2.7. You'll only need support switched on for the Left case due to the long bridge, but I used the Cura Support Blocker to prevent excessive supports. Hope this helps.
